Chili's Grill & Bar in New Jersey

"Lunch- we got the chicken bacon ranch nachos - they were sooo good 2nd time we got them for dinner Chips seemed reheated or stale? Not a speck of chicken,the chips were layered with shredded cheese but it wasnt melted so mouth fulls of par melted shredded cheeses covered in anti caking stuff (No good) But happy to see chilis has an updated menu (i hadnt been in chilis for a good 4 yrs) So we will give the cumberland co. Chilis 1 more chance"

"The service was great and the food was pretty good. The waitress was friendly and super attentive. The food was good, except the quesadillas were pretty skimpy and the ranch dressing was very liquidy (almost seemed like it was watered down). Aside from that, the food was great. Looking forward to coming back and hopefully updating my review from 4 stars to 5 stars!"

"Everything was amazing. Eli, Michelle and Sara took care of us and the service was phenomenal. I never expect to have a great experience at chain restaurants, but they made it the best night I have ever had a at chilis. The food was delicious and overall my group had an unforgettable experience due to these star employees. 10/10 will recommend!"

"Just stopped there to order some lunch to go. As soon you walk the bartender greet us and took our order. The staff is really nice. I order the Triple Dipper, came with 2 sliders, 2 fried mozzarella and honey chipotle chicken crisper. They only gave me 1 marinara sauce, not 3 different sauces, so I don't get where Triple Dipper comes from. Let me tell you, it was enough for 2 people since we watching our weight. We were really full. Everything tastes DELICIOUS. The last time I went to Chili's was in Massachusetts and didn't liked what I ordered that much. The bar & some chairs were a little dirty but again, they just opened like 10 min. before I walked in. Maybe the night crew forgot to clean for the morning people. Overall the food was GREAT and great staff. Will definitely go again."

"Love Chili's cold beer & great service. Food usually good. However meat queso looks & tastes like dog food! Fajitas another thing. Chicken & shrimp were rubber (frozen & not grilled properly) steak ok. Onions/peppers were not fresh. Caramelized like what use for burgers etc. Plate not sizzling. Chili's is supposed to be a Tex-Mex no where close! FYI ribs ok."

"Always a fan of Chilli's, it's always good to check out how the other states do Chilli's. It seems out of NYC Chilli's care a bit more about their Chilli's. This Chilli's was excellent, the service was specifically worth noting. The staff was fast, the refills were plentiful and the patience was high. We usually are ready to order but today we were a bit off and had to wave the waiter off around 3-4 times while we got our act together. The food was spot on as usual, with the chicken enchilada soup being soo... Good! One more thing on the service, I loathe when the soup, apps, entrees all come out together, this didn't happen, they were on point. Capacity was around 25%-30% I think (lunch time)."

"My partner and I have been here several times now, and the food is always good. Every time we do the 3 for me deal, and for less than $30 we are so full we do the penguin walk out. Place is always clean and staff is always kind. You will notice a definite difference in experiences based on your waiter/waitress, but that’s just because one guy there is always like - above and beyond and always on the ball with timing and attentiveness. He once gave us extra salsa and chips to take home as leftovers, just again - above and beyond. Last time before I was even done eating, my plate was already grabbed and they didn’t offer boxes for leftovers and I suddenly realized the other guy was just the king of customer service. All in all, I love going here. And that one dude rules."

"the experience here was really nice and the staff was polite. the pricing is fair and the triple dipper is absolutely delicious and very much worth the hype, waitresses check up on you a lot and make sure everything is perfect — they also go into detail about options for certain dishes and drinks as well as possible combinations and recommendations. the noise is pretty quiet (considering we came in on a weekday during around 4:00 so this could be anticipated) other than the singing for somebody’s birthday. i would recommend, the food is very nice and so is the service!"
